T&Cs

1. The promoter is: Vapouriz Ltd (company no. 07898106) whose registered office is at Genesis House, Merrow Lane, Guildford, Surrey, GU4 7BN.

2. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

3. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.

5. Prize draws and competitions are only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

6. Closing date for entry will be Monday 12-12-2016 11:00 AM. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7. Winner will be selected at random after the closing date at random from all entries received on the hashtag #SantaVapeBeard.

8. Winner will be notified by Social Media notification/direct message (using the details provided at entry) within 5 days of the closing date. Following such notification, the winner will be required to send the Promoter full details of their postal address to which the Prize will be delivered.

9. If the Promoter cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter's sole discretion); or (ii) the winner does not return details of its postal address to the Promoter within 5 days of notification that they have won the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the Promotion and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.

10. By entering any of Vapouriz online prize draws and competitions you agree to having your name, details and photo published online.

11. Any images posted using the hashtag deemed to be offensive or against our rules and regulations will be removed without notice.

12. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions
